Seamless stainless steel pipes are extruded over solid billet with no weld line, providing excellent pressure integrity for high-pressure and demanding applications. Welded stainless steel pipes are formed from rolled strip with a welded seam, are more economical, and are available in broader diameters for moderate-pressure applications.
Every pipe is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate covering chemical composition, mechanical properties, hydrostatic test results, and dimensional verification. EN 10204 3.2 third-party certification from SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TUV is available on request.
ASTM A312 pipes are supplied in Single Random Length (SRL: 4.8-7.3 m) or Double Random Length (DRL: 8.5-14.6 m) as standard. Cut lengths from 100 mm onward are also available, with plain or bevelled ends as per ASME B16.25.
