Types of Stainless Steel Flanges
There are many different varieties of stainless steel flanges that we produce so that we can meet the needs of many different connection requirements:
Slip-On Flanges
Slide along the pipe, and are fillet-welded. Easy to align and lower cost.
Weld Neck Flanges
These are butt-welded to the pipe, and they reinforce the structure. Ideal for high pressure.
Blind Flanges
Solid plates to cover the end of a piping system or vessel opening.
Socket Weld Flanges
Pipe is put into a socket and fillet-welded. Applied to the small bore of high-pressure piping.
Threaded Flanges
Clamped on the pipe without welding. Appropriate in low-pressure or dangerous places.
Lap Joint Flanges
Lap joint flanges are used with stub ends. The flange can be easily rotated to align bolts.
Orifice Flanges
These are applied in conjunction with orifice meters to find out the flow rates of liquids or gases.
Long Weld Neck Flanges
Have a long neck, which is mostly applied on columns and vessels.
Reducing Flanges
It is used to join pipes of varying sizes without using a reducer.
Spectacle Blind Flanges
Safety equipment intended to isolate parts of pipe or equipment.
