The Super Duplex Steel UNS S32760 Tubes are designed for harsh applications where resistance to corrosion and strength are required. The tungsten alloyed and Super Duplex Stainless Steel is also resistant to pitting attack and crevice corrosion as well as Stress Corrosion Cracking. With increased amounts of Chromium, Molybdenum, and Nitrogen content, it provides excellent resistance to both Organic and Inorganic Acids. The composition of the UNS S32760 material is suitable for use in chemical processing plants and offshore applications due to its reliability and efficiency. The tubes are available in seamless and welded variants as well as in the ERW and Ellowed and Formed Welded variants.
As it has an excellent balance of austenitic and ferritic microstructure, the Super Duplex UNS S32760 Tubes offer almost twice the yield strength offered by an austenitic stainless steel, and they also have extraordinary toughness and machining properties. They cannot be hardened through heat treatment, but they have very good hardness properties through work, and are also durable for a longer period. The UNS S32760 performs remarkably well in warm chlorinated waters, as well as extreme marine environments, and they also surpass many other grades, such as 316 stainless steel, especially in warm water applications.

Non-Welded Tube Manufacturing

Welded Tube Manufacturing
