- Selection of Raw Materials
High-quality nickel, chromium, molybdenum, copper and iron are used to produce alloy 20. The balanced chemical composition is also carefully maintained to offer excellent resistance against sulfuric acid, pitting corrosion and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. - Melting & Refining Process
The chemical homogeneity, low impurity content and corrosion resistance are achieved through the advanced melting techniques, which include Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) and then followed by Argon Oxygen Decarburization (AOD) or Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM). - Pipe & Tube Forming
