Stainless Steel 347 Forged Fittings is containing the niobium, chromium, and nickel with oxidation resistance features. This grade is highly used in the temperature of 850 degrees to 1500 degree F where resistance from precipitation is required. Due to the addition of niobium, it gives niobium carbides in the precipitation. Meanwhile, grade 347 has offered great intergranular oxidation resistance after temperature range exposure. This grade resists corrosion at the temperature of 1500 degrees F and has great properties of stress and creep rupture. Also, it has worked well in the annealed condition with non-magnetic and low-temperature hardness.
