Metinox Overseas is a renowned manufacturer of Stainless Steel 347/347H EFW Pipe, manufacturer of columbium-stabilized alloys, which resist extreme temperatures and also corrosion resistance. The EFW in the SS 347/347H EFW Pipes is shortened as Electric Fusion Welded type of pipes. The pipe division comprises of JCO forming press, spiral or helical mill, inside or outside welding system, heat treatment and testing division. There are various application industries in which it can be applied such as offshore industry, petrochemical industries, refining industries, gas industries, oil industries etc.
The SS 347/347H EWF Pipes comes in either type of martensitic, austenitic and ferritic depending on the structure of the product. This kind of pipes is easily shock-resistant, vibration resistant and high temperature. The intergranular corrosion is resisted by the addition of the niobium to this Stainless Steel 347/347H EFW pipes. It is also made out of high creep strength.
A majority of the parts being intermittently heated and cooled are made using the grade 347 to the temperature of between 800 deg F -1600 deg F.
Once the manufacturing process of the product is completed, SS 347/347H EFW Pipes are tested a number of times in order to check and assure the quality of the end product. That is done to ensure long term relations with our clients which are structured according to the industry guidelines. The tests which the product undergoes are some of third party, chemical test, positive material test, mechanical test, flattening test, flaring test, hardness test, intergranular resistance test, etc.
