About SS 321 EFW Pipes
Alloy 321 SS refers to the titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel that is experiencing excellent general corrosion resistance. Depending on the exposure to the temperature within the carbide precipitation ranges (427 deg C to 816 Deg C), it has got resistant capacity in intergranular corrosion. The alloy is resistant to oxidation to temperature 816 Deg C and is possessing very good stress rupture and creep-rupture. Besides, it is developing outstanding low-temperature toughness. The high carbon content alloy that is evolved to increase the creep resistance to increase the strength at higher temperature is alloy 321H which is in the range of 537 Deg C.
