Applications of SS 317/317L EFW Pipes
SS 317/317L EFW Pipes have a number of applications. It is mostly used in pulp and paper industry, chemical processing equipment, ink manufacturing, pollution control system and so on. When annealed these are non-magnetic pipes but turns to be slightly magnetic following the welding. In addition to this, this grade is characterized by its high strength coupled with dimensional accuracy.
Manufacturing and Testing of SS 317/317L EFW Pipes
In manufacturing these pipes we ensure that there is no error and to eradicate any type of error or mistake we do as many tests as possible such as bend test, hardness test, PMI test, IGC test, etc. The pipes are tested one by one and are sent to the next production stage.
The next step would be inspection where we invite the inspection party to inspect the product fully. During the making of the pipe they ensure that all the rules and regulations are adhered to. A report on inspection is also prepared and stored up till the final phase.
Test Certifications and Packaging of SS 317/317L EFW Pipes
We also provide test certificates and SS 317/317L EFW Pipes, and these TCs include- lab test report, Manufacturers test certificate, raw material test certificate, 100 percent radiography test certificate, etc. All these TC are indications that we have carried out production with safe raw material and in accordance with all the rules. These TC and reports can be seen by customers to be aware of the product.
Lastly, SS 317/317L EFW Pipes is packed in wooden crates and other material that protects the pipes against damages during shipping. Product reach to customer is in very good condition and on time.
