SS 310H Seamless Pipes are pipes made of austenitic SS, which is composed of high amounts of carbon, but meant to be applied in high temperature and high pressure environments. It is often 24-26 % chromium, 19- 22 % nickel, and 0.04 -0.1 % carbon, which provides it with a higher oxidation, scaling, and thermal fatigue capacity. SS 310H smooth pipes are used to produce high creep strength and stability in structure when subjected to intermittent service to 870 �C and with continuous services to 925 �C. These pipes can be utilized in a hot temperature environment and slightly corrosive media, such as a low chloride environment. Solution annealing and stress relieving are also solution-controlled heat treatments that are employed in order to achieve sensitivity reduction (in response to stress corrosion cracking) as well as to improve long-term performance.
