Seamless Pipe Manufacturing
SS 304 smooth pipes are made out of solid billets of stainless steel, which are heated and pierced to create hollow pipes without a weld line. This process produces homogeneous structure and high strength and makes smooth pipes applicable to high-pressure and high-temperature services.
Welded Pipe Manufacturing (ERW / EFW)
Welding stainless steel pipes to tubular shapes- SS 304 is manufactured by welding plates or coils of stainless steel and joining the edges with modern welding equipment. Heat-treatment of the weld seam guarantees strength and good finish and these pipes are cost-effective and reliable in terms of application in common use.
Heat Treatment & Annealing
Solution annealing of all SS 304 pipes is done at controlled temperatures in order to revert them to austenitic structure. This enhances corrosion resistance, internal stress relief, and even mechanical properties that are uniform throughout the length of the pipe.
Pickling & Passivation
Pipes post-heat treatment are pickled to eliminate the surface oxides, followed by passivation to improve the inherent chromium oxide layer. This enhances the cleanliness of the surface, as well as gives long-term protection against corrosion.
Quality Control & Testing
Every SS 304 pipe is checked with respect to the dimensional accuracy, mechanical strength, and surface quality. The pipes are also subjected to non-destructive tests and pressure testing to ascertain that they meet the requirements of ASTM A312 prior to dispatching.

Electropolished internal finish of Ra < 0.4 microns, which is 3-A, FDA 21 CFR 177 and EHEDG standards. It has applications in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and biotech with a specific focus on applications that demand bacterial-resistant surfaces and CIP/SIP compatibility.
