SS 316H stainless steel is a very high molybdenum content austenitic grade of stainless steel, that has been designed to be used in instances where high strength and performance at high temperatures are required. The increased amount of carbon content leads to high-temperature strength and creep resistance, whereas molybdenum increases the level of resistance against pitting, crevice corrosion, and chemical attack in harsh industrial conditions. The applications of SS 316H Flanges include piping that has heat resistance, mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and high service life. Such flanges are useful in high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive environments, and have excellent structural integrity and consistent and leak-free connections in power generation, petrochemical processing, refineries, chemical plants, offshore installations, and other high-temperature industrial applications.
SS 316H flanges are produced according to the standards of the ASTM A182 F316H standard and are made of forged and rolled stainless steel in high-temperature and high-performance piping systems. It is a grade that has increased carbon content and molybdenum that contributes to increased strength at high temperatures, high corrosiveness during high temperature, and is resistant to corrosion in the presence of chloride and other aggressive chemicals. The augmented carbon levels enhance creep yield and SS 316H flanges can be used in an unbroken and high-temperature services. These flanges are specially created to withstand systems that are prone to high temperature, pressure, and severe industrial media. Power plants, boilers, heat exchangers, petrochemical units, refineries, chemical processing plants, offshore platforms, and other sectors of critical importance are common areas of the application of SS 316H flanges in order to maintain thermal stability, durability, and long-term reliability.

Slip-on flanges are easy to install and are a part that slips over the pipe and is welded both inside and outside.
These are high-strength flanges with long tapered hub that are suitable for high-pressure applications.
A type of piping used to seal the end of a pipe or the opening of a valve.
These are like the slip-on flanges with a socket through which the pipe is inserted.
Flanges that have internal threads to be connected by not welding.
Used with stub ends for easy alignment and disassembly
Specially designed flanges for flow measurement applications
Extended neck flanges for special piping configurations
Flanges with different bore sizes on each face
Two metal discs for flow isolation in piping systems
