Types of Monel Flanges

All flanges are precision-forged and come in various pressure classes, such as Class 150 through to Class 2500, making them meet the international standard and are applicable to various industrial uses.
Weld Neck Flange (WNRF)
This is a high-pressure and high-temperature designed flange with a long tapered hub and butt-welded joint to minimize stress concentration and provide a strong and leak-free connection.
Slip-On Flange (SORF)
A cost-effective and simple-to-install type of low to medium-pressure system. It is fast to align, and minimal welding is necessary to install the device and it is easy and efficient.
Blind Flange (BLRF)
It is used to close the end of a pipeline or valve opening and it offers a safe closure and the possibility to expand the system in the future or to have access to maintenance.
Socket Weld Flange (SWRF)
This is a small-diameter, high-pressure piping flange that is ideal and offers good fatigue strength, a smooth internal bore, and a good and strong joint.
Threaded Flange (THRF)
This flange is designed to be connected directly to the pipe, allowing a quick and safe connection, and a heat-free connection since welding is not an option or allowed.
Lap Joint Flange (LJRF)
Applied to stub ends, this flange fits well in systems that need frequent dismantling. It is rotating in design and can be readily aligned by bolting it, and also, maintenance and inspection is simplified.
Orifice Flange
The flange is specially designed to be used in flow measurement applications and has orifice plates that have jack screws and bolt assemblies to accurately measure the flow of liquids and gases.
