Incoloy 825 Forged Fittings is made using premium quality of Incoloy 825 raw material. It is chromium, nickel, and iron-based alloy with the addition of other alloying elements such as copper, titanium, molybdenum. This nickel steel alloy chemical composition is made for providing very good resistance to a different corrosive atmosphere. This alloy is alike to 800 alloys. But this material is having well-enhanced resistance against aqueous corrosion. Also, it is having very good resistance to oxidizing and reducing acid. Furthermore, the alloy is providing excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion. Also, it is resisting phosphoric and sulfuric acid.
