Types of Carbon Steel Flanges

Slip-On Flanges
These are simple to install and cost-effective as they slide on the pipe and become welded to it with a fillet.
Weld Neck Flanges
With the tapered hub to butt weld, it has superior building strength capacity in the case of high pressure systems.
Blind Flanges
Flanges are solid disks that are used to cover the terminus of a piping system or a vessel aperture opening so that it may be easily accessed.
Socket Weld Flanges
Have a socket where the pipes can be inserted and fillet welded, suitable to small bore, high pressure lines.
Threaded Flanges
Internally threaded and without a need of welding, can be used in low-pressure and non-hazardous work.
Lap Joint Flanges
This is applied with stub ends and can be rotated to align it and dismantled easily to check the inside.
Orifice Flanges

Long Weld Neck Flanges
