What Are Alloy B2 Flanges?

Alloy B2 flanges are manufactured under the requirements of the ASTM B564 / UNS N10665 standards under the use of forged and rolled nickel alloy to meet the high-performance piping systems. It is mainly alloyed with nickel and molybdenum giving it the greatest resistance to consistent corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking particularly in reducing and acidic environments.
